Description: This hands on workshop uses table work and Mentastics® self-care movement explorations to experience some of the fundamental Trager® principles such as: Hook-Up, imagery, weight, elongation, elasticity, questioning, and wave of motion to access a feeling experience of presence, bringing depth, lightness, softness, and clarity to your life and work.
